Karle, Ph.D. - Research Scientist and ISO9000 Certified Audit Manager Dr.
Karle has a Ph.D. in Physical Organic Chemistry from USC, a B.S. in Chemistry
from Fresno State, and more than fifteen years of diverse research and development
experience in organic and polymer science, with emphasis on formulation and coating
technologies and is an Inventor on several patents relating to organic chemistry,
polymer science and magnetic media formulations. He has held positions at several
corporations ranging from laboratory chemist to Director of Research and Development
and is currently active in the fields of coating formulations, coating technology,
environmental science and ISO 9000 compliance. Dr. Karle performs his services
as a consultant to Mionix, in the capacity of an independent contractor. |

Jim
Sinclair, Ph.D. - Consultant for product manufacturing Dr.
Sinclair holds a Doctoral degree in Organic Chemistry from Purdue University and
studied under Nobel Laureate H. C. Brown. He also holds B.S. degree from the University
of California Berkeley, where he was nominated to Phi Betta Kappa. Dr. Sinclair
also did post doctoral studies at the University of California San Francisco and
University of California Berkeley before joining the Dow Chemical Company. In
his 16 year Dow career, Dr. Sinclair was responsible for process development and
scale up of pharmaceutical, agricultural and biocide products, before moving into
the role of contract manufacturing Dow products. In this contract manufacturing
role. After a brief stint with the marketing firm Austin Chemical, Dr. Sinclair
joined NSC Technologies, a division of Monsanto. Dr. Sinclair is a contract consultant
for Mionix, working to get Mionix’s products manufactured and formulated
at quality manufacturers. |
